Our Story

Built by educators who lived the problem.

BridgePointe Data was founded by a team that spent careers inside schools and clinics watching great educators fail students not because they didn't care, but because the data wasn't there when they needed it.

A world where no student's support fails because the data wasn't there.

That single sentence drives every decision we make — what we build, how we build it, and who we build it for. Students with behavioral needs deserve consistent, evidence-based support. That support depends on data. BridgePointe exists to make sure the data is always there.

Our Mission

Every educator. Every student. Every moment.

To give every educator the tools to collect meaningful data, in real time, without sacrificing a single moment of teaching — ensuring every student receives the consistent, evidence-based support they deserve.

Real Time, Every Time

Data captured in the moment is data that can actually be used. We build for the speed of a real classroom, not the pace of an admin office.

🎯

Teaching Comes First

If a tool pulls a teacher away from their students, it's the wrong tool. BridgePointe is designed to disappear into the workflow, not disrupt it.

🔬

Evidence-Based Always

Every feature we build is grounded in behavioral science. We don't add bells and whistles — we add things that lead to better student outcomes.

🤝

Built for the Whole Team

A para, a teacher, a BCBA, and an administrator all have different needs. We build for all of them because students benefit when the whole team is aligned.

The data gap is a student support gap.

The founders of BridgePointe Data didn't come from the tech industry. They came from schools and clinics, working directly with students who had behavioral and learning needs. They watched skilled, dedicated educators spend hours every week transcribing paper logs, building spreadsheets, and scrambling to pull together data for IEP meetings — only to arrive with information that was already days old.

"The tools educators were using weren't built for how schools actually work. Data collection was an afterthought — something you did after the day was over, when the moment had already passed."

That gap between when a behavior happens and when it gets documented is where student support breaks down. BIPs go unmonitored. Interventions continue long after they stop working. IEP goals drift because no one has the data to know whether progress is actually happening.

BridgePointe was built to close that gap. Not by asking educators to do more, but by making what they already do faster, more accurate, and immediately useful to everyone on the student's team.

The team behind the platform.

Three educators with decades of combined experience in behavioral science, school leadership, and instructional design — united by one belief that better data means better outcomes for students.

Joseph Adams
BCBA
Co-Founder, Chief Clinical Officer

Joseph is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with deep expertise in functional behavior assessment, behavior intervention plan development, and clinical data systems. His career has been defined by one question: how do we make behavioral science actually work inside a real school building, for real educators, with real students? BridgePointe's clinical architecture — the FBA tools, the ABC framework, the fidelity monitoring — reflects Joseph's conviction that rigorous behavioral science and practical usability are not in conflict.

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Clay brings years of experience in educational leadership, systems design, and district-level strategy to BridgePointe. His Ed.D. reflects a career built on understanding how schools function as organizations — and where systems-level decisions either support or undermine student outcomes. Dr. Clay leads BridgePointe's overall strategy, partnerships, and district engagement, drawing on firsthand experience with the compliance pressures, resource constraints, and accountability demands that school leaders navigate every day.

Ed.D.
Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Newbold is an educator and technologist whose background spans instructional leadership, STEM program development, and full-stack software engineering. As a former school leader and the architect of BridgePointe's platform, he brings a rare combination: he understands what teachers and administrators need because he has been one, and he builds the software himself. Dr. Newbold's vision is that education technology should be built by people who have stood in the classroom — not just designed for it from the outside.
